1. Customer Care Consultant (Inbound)
2. Customer Care Consultant (Outbound)
Work Location: Bandar Sunway or Subang

Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree with 1 year working experience in either one of the following:
* Contact Centre environment or Customer Service
* Telemarketing or Sales related industry.
* Airline ticketing industry
- SPM/Diploma/Degree: credits in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics.
- Degree holders without relevant experience will also be considered.
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Additional language allowance for Mandarin is provided.
- Able to work on rotational shifts including early mornings/late nights, weekends & public holidays.
