We are a dynamic and rapid growing player in the construction industry with most of our works centered in the Klang Valley. To aid our expansion plans, we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions.

HEAD OF CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT
The Job:
- Oversee the operations of the Contracts Department preparation and submission of Tenders; evaluation and award of sub-contracts; post award contract administration & oversee the operations of the Contracts Department in the various sites.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 20 years working experience with a minimum of 5 years with an established Malaysian Contractor
- Some experience as Head of Contracts Department or similar senior position preferred.
- Excellent oral and written (BM & English) communication skills.
- Dynamic personality with good leadership skills.

PROJECT MANAGER
The Job:
- The suitable candidate is responsible for all construction management; coordination needs and is able to handle contract administration to ensure the projects are completed within budget, time and quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Infrastructure and/or Building Works
- Able to perform construction management effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities

FINANCE MANAGER
The Job:
- The suitable candidate is responsible for the preparation of financial and performance analysis on accounts, budgets, internal control systems and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ ACCA/ CIMA
- MIA preferred
- At least 6 years experiences in similar position
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, honest and with high integrity.
