1. Staff Technician (Repair Expeditor)
What you will be doing:
- Follow repair procedures and make recommendations for improvement of procedures
- Understand relative priority of items requiring repair and respond accordingly
- Take personal responsibility for developing own technical abilities
- Complete assigned work to required standards or promptly advise supervisor when required standards cannot be achieved
- Ensure accuracy of IPES records, KPI’s and other documentation
- Make suggestions to improve quality of work executior and eliminate re-work
- Ensure vendor reports issued timely
- Liaise with Procurement to ensure timely execution of purchasing and warehousing activities
- Maintain a schedule/ list of required activities
- Maintain liaison with Operations personnel with respect to repair schedule achievement
- Provide support to Production operation
What you should have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, maintenance or administrative function involving identification, repairs, coordination and supply of materials
- Proven trade or administrative competency
- Knowledge of materials used in the oil and gas production facilities
- Familiarity with SAP and/ or database operation
- Good communication skills, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills (i.e. Excel and Power Point)
This position will be based in Kemaman Supply Base (KSB), Terengganu.

2. Staff Technician (Repair Technician)
What you will be doing:
- Take personal responsibility for developing own technical and leadership abilities
- Share technical and equipment knowledge within the work team to build overall team competence
- Comply with the requirements of the Onshore Repair Process
- Conduct physical inspections of EMEPMI equipment being repaired, using checklists and other tools as required
- Ensure repair vendors comply with safety, controls, quality, documentation and other contracting standards
- Ensure controls are applied as required; particularly with respect to contractor administration
- Execute assigned inspection and maintenance work
- Ensure repairs are completed on schedule per agreed repair plan
- Engage with vendors to identify potential equipment reliability/ integrity improvements
- Execute preservation and program maintenance for stored equipment as required
- Ensure tools used for maintenance and inspections of stored items are located where required and maintained in good condition
What you should have:
- Proven trade or engineering competency
- 2 years of experience or more as a maintenance practitioner in a hydrocarbon processing industry
- Proficient IPES user
- Familiar with maintenance of platform equipment
- Good communication skills, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills (i.e. Excel and Power Point)
This position will be based in Kemaman Supply Base (KSB), Terengganu.

3. Lead Medic Officer (Contract)
What you will be doing:
- Ensure continuity of offshore health service by arranging offshore medics duty and assisting in arranging relief for medics on leave
- Execute and assist in the Occupational Health Program and Management System implementation in all offshore locations
- Conduct routine work site (offshore) visits to ensure compliance to EMEPMI Medical & Occupational Health (MOH) standards
- Assist in the investigation of Occupational illnesses and incidents with the Platform supervisory team
- Follow-up and implement audit recommendations, health incident improvement plan and other health-related matters as needed
- Coordinate, collect and analyze monthly health returns from all EMEPMI clinic sites
- Provide quarterly reports to the Upstream Occupational Health manager on the status of the offshore clinics
- Assist in the administration of the EMEPMI medic staffing contract
- Assist in any other Occupational Health matters as directed by the Upstream Occupational Health manager
What you should have:
- A Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in Medical Assistant
- Registered with the Malaysian Medical Assistant Board/ Malaysian Nursing Board
- At least 5 years of working experience preferably in an ER setting. Those with experience in managing Medical Assistants Nurses will have an advantage
- Good communication skills, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate
This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur and there will be routine offshore work site visits.
