We are a diversified company with interest in property development, construction and trading. In line with our current projects and expansion, we are seeking suitably qualified candidate to join us immediately for the following positions:-
1. Senior Project Manager (Engineering & Construction)
- Conduct feasibility studies for various projects, project and cost planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of construction works.
- At least 7 years of working experience in construction and preferably in senior level or top management.
2. Senior Project Engineer (Engineering & Construction)
- Ability to liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and other relevant government authorities.
- Prepare site records, progress report and all project documentations.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical/operational issues.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in construction company.
3. Senior Contract Manager (Engineering & Construction)
- Conduct the financial and contract negotiations at the appropriate management level.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the suppliers are commercially advantageous.
- At least 7 years of working experience in engineering tendering/project execution and preferably with government tendering experience.
4. Senior Project Executive / Project Executive (Project Development)
- Liaise with engineering team and consultants on the technical design and processes which meets project requirements.
- Study, highlight and resolve discrepancies of drawings, specifications and responsible for all authorities’ approvals.
- Minimum 5 years experience in property development and must have strong technical skills.
5. Purchasing Executive (Purchasing Department)
- Assist procurement records such as item purchased, costing, product delivery, product quality and inventories.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experiences. Preferably Chinese, Female.
