PLANT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- To lead and monitor maintenance department.
- To initiate, plan, purchase and monitor CAPEX projects related to machineries.
- To liaise with external contractors for project installation within the timeline and budget.
- To design and draft technical drawing for parts and layouts related to new installation.
- To plan for continuous improvement on machinery by upgrading or upkeep machinery to an acceptable efficient level in line with Vesuvius Safety Standards.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- To plan, coordinate and implement effective predictive, preventive and major shutdown by minimizing impact towards production output.
- To participate in meetings with production to find solution and plan for an action plan from issues rose.
- To maintain and continue updating SOP (standard operating procedure)
- To maintain and monitor inventory and stock level by placing purchase requisition when necessary.
- To plan for continuous improvement on machinery by upgrading or up keep machinery to an acceptable efficient level in line with Vesuvius Safety Standards.
- To analyze and report machine breakdown time pattern annually
- Reports to Plant Engineer.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Knowledge in mixers both electrically and mechanically, chain hoists, PLCs, AutoCAD, pneumatics & hydraulics system, HVAC inverters and vibration theories.
- Able to communicate with all levels.
- Experienced engineer with 3-5 years in maintenance/engineering department
