Rhombus Castors (M) Sdn Bhd Jobs Vacancies in Kulim Plant 2012

RHOMBUS CASTORS (M) SDN. BHD.

We are the leading Foreign (American) MNC manufacturing a wide range of quality castors and we have been operating our manufacturing facility in Kulim, Kedah for the last 23 years. We have recently been made the regional manufacturing hub for our product line, and thus we will be expanding our operations accordingly. As a direct result of this expansion, we will require the services of another dynamic and motivated candidate for the following position in our Kulim plant.

Customer Service Executive/Officer
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Executive will assist the Customer Service Manager/Area Sales Manager to follow up with all potential customers sourced, to secure the eventual orders or to respond to customers’ inquiries, providing product information and quotations, offer solutions to customers’ problems or inquiries, attend to customers’ complaints with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction and the eventual new sales or obtaining repeat sales.

Requirements:
- A Diploma or Certificate in any field, however Fresh Degree Graduates of any discipline can apply.
- Already a Junior Executive or Officer with 2-4 years experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing Company .
- Preferably female between 22 to 28 years of age.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of both written and spoken English.
- Candidates who can at least speak basic Mandarin would have an advantage.
- Possess a friendly & an extrovert personality who can easily connect with & understand customers especially from America, Europe & occasionally China.
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel & Power Point.

Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) Executive (Web Design)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to undertake all related promotional activities, marketing communication & web designing plus generating new ideas for the Sales Team to promote the company’s products into the market.

Thus the candidate must have sufficient IT expertise, artistic creativity & communication skills to design, upkeep and maintain an attractive and easy to use website where potential customers who seek out wheels will come into our website for their needs
Requirements:
To undertake the above, the candidate will need to possess the following qualifications
- A Degree in Mass Communications with extensive knowledge in Multimedia Development, or alternatively
- a Degree in IT, Computer Science/Studies or its equivalent, with creative ideas in web design that can promote sales.
- Candidates with 2 or 3 years of working experience in any of the following work experiences, i.e.
oPrint & Content Design (interactive)
oBranding &/or Building a Corporate Identity
oWeb Design & Development &/or Multimedia Development
- Reasonably good command of both written and spoken English, as all MARCOM work is in English
- willing to work in Kulim, Kedah

Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to service existing clients as well as to penetrate new markets and secure new clients, under the guidance of the Sales Manager. In doing so, you will assist the Sales Manager to formulate Sales Strategies to achieve annual budgets and plans for both local and regional sales.

Requirements:
- A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Already a Sales Executive with at least 2 or 3 years of Sales Experience, preferably in any hardware or industrial engineering/manufacturing or trading environment.
- Age of between 26 to 32 years
- Have a proven sales record, with strong professional selling background and skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of both written and spoken English.
- Fresh Graduates who possess good business acumen will be considered.
- Candidates who are able to speak Mandarin & a Chinese Dialect (preferably Hokkien) would have an advantage.
- An outgoing extrovert with a pleasant personality
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Cost Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Finance Manager coordinate, manage & maintain proper accounting records as per statutory requirements.
- Analyse product costs, profitability and variance reports, identify causes and formulate remedial actions. Provision of detailed and timely cost information.
- Perform product / project costing, product pricing, assist in overall costing activities. Ensure the accuracy of product costs and stock valuation.
- Monitor profitability of projects
- Analyse, monitor and identify critical aging parts to minimise inventory levels.

Requirements:
- An Accounting Degree Holder or a CIMA/MICPA/ACCA finalist with at least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably with at least 1 year in audit. Those with no commercial experience but has at least 2 – 3 years experience in audit are also encouraged to apply.
- Able to maintain a full set of accounts, and knowledgeable in costing, taxation, cash flow and to assist in treasury matters.
- Familiar with accounting standards and possess good analytical & problem solving skills
- Below 32 years of age
- Proficient with computers. Knowledge in ERP systems would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a satisfactory command of both written and spoken English.
- Dynamic with mature personality, energetic, meticulous and ability to work independently with minimum supervision to deliver results under stress and deadline.
