FAMILY CARE DIVISION
The Family Care Division is an internationally-recognised manufacturer of household insecticide products including mosquito coils, mosquito mats, insecticidal aerosols, liquid and mat vaporisers and rodenticides. Our products are distributed to millions of households throughout ASEAN and around the world.
Category Manager (Based in PJ, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Develop trade strategies and promotional plans to achieve defined business objectives for his/her portfolio
- Manage the A&P budget and establish controls to audit the execution of planned activities.
- Manage and monitor trade marketing investments and initiatives execution
- Ensure alignment across Sales and Marketing on field sales needs and marketing initiatives within the stated guidelines
- Develop route to market/pipelining plans for new product launches Requirements:
- Possess a tertiary education, preferably in Marketing or Business
- At least 3-5 years experience in FMCG industry preferably with marketing and sales experience in traditional trade channel
- Good project management skills with promotional budget management experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of market – field work required
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to drive value-added insights
- Willing to travel
Business Analyst (Based in PJ, Selangor & Perai, Penang) Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business unit to drive key business initiatives and operational costs tracking and analysis
- To analyse the costing structure and highlight areas of concern
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly business unit review
- Responsible for Financial, Planning and Analysis on forecast, outlook and actual – tracking and analysis
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in fast moving consumer goods company
- Experience / knowledge of ACCPAC Accounting system would be an advantage
Regulatory Affairs Executive (Based in Perai, Penang)
Responsibilities:
- To plan and coordinate products registration activities for Malaysia and overseas associates
- To ensure smooth registration/re-registration of all products and timely renewal of all related licenses
- To support Intellectual Property (IP) Management activities in Malaysia and overseas associates
- To solve problems pertaining to Regulatory matters
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with Science background
- Experience in handling product registration with relevant authorities is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to plan, organize, coordinate and generate monthly reports
- Candidate must be pro-active, meticulous and well organised
