JOB LOCATION IN KUALA LUMPUR

PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide overall technical advice including reviewing and evaluating designs and construction of building structures and facilities
- Monitor the progress of as civil and structural works at site to ensure conformance to design specifications and quality standards
- Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget, cost control, safety and quality systems
- Lead and coordinate work amongst the site team as well as work closely with contractors on all civil and structural works related to the project to ensure the successful completion of the project
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Architectural/Construction Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the design, supervision aid structural services of high-rise projects
- Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedures
- Able to deliver within committed deadlines with good planning and organisation skills

MANAGER – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to the General Manager and assist the Senior Manager in the Finance & Accounts Department
- Handle group consolidation accounts, statutory reporting, Bursa quarterly announcements, corporate taxation planning and treasury functions of a group of companies
- Manage the financial performance review and analysis of the group
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, taxation, internal control and any other corporate governance
- Ensure the timely reporting of earthly management reports and financial results
- Develop and supervise a team of staff in handling day-to-day accounting functions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional qualification in Accountancy i.e. ACCA Of its equivalent with years relevant experience. of which 3 years in a managerial position. Prior experience in a public-listed company would be an advantage
- Familiar with Malaysian Accounting Standards and taxation regulations
- Hands-on exposure in IFCA property development software will be advantageous
- Self-motivated, meticulous, abe to work independently and committed to meet deadlines

JUNIOR SECRETARY/SECRETARY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties
- Manage meeting schedules, daily correspondences, call screenings, travel arrangements and any other related functions
- Handle and coordinate all documentations in a timely and secure mariner
- Manage and upkeep good filing systems for easy reference and retrieval
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and stall
- Undertake other special assignments, ad hoc projects and related duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Private Secretarialship Certificate or its equivalent with minimum 2 years related experience
- Computer literate a MS office
- Fluent in both written and coal English
- Able to work independently with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality

JOB LOCATION IN PENANG

ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE – PROMOTIONS & EVENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle and coordinate all events and promotional activities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying sponsors and Partners for Promotions and events
- Liaise with event organizers, vendors and subcontractors for events set-up
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Multimedia & Advertising/Marketing/Business Studies or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related experience, preferably in tie retail mall industry
- Dynamic, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Willing to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays

MARKETING EXECUTIVE – JAPANESE LIAISON
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and analyze relevant market information
- Monitor marketing & sales performance of the Company’s products and services
- Plan and organize events and branding for the Japanese market REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or a business related discipline
- 1-3 years experience in the properly development industry
- Good interpersonal slugs and able to communicate in Japanese
- Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated

FIT-OUT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Rile’ tenants and work closely with the design consultant on in-house fit-outs and safety rules & regulations before commencing work
- Supervise, facilitate and coordinate the progress of the tenant’s interior fit-out works
- Monitor the progress of the contractor, renovation works and ensure compliance to approved plans
- Liaise and resolve any fit-out and design issues with tenants, contractors, consultants and other subcontractors to ensure the smooth progress of works
- Conduct final inspections on the completed fit-out works before allowing tenants to open for business
- Ensure the timely handover of retail premises upon completion
- Liaise with ID and M&E Consultants lot approval on M&E plans, concept plans and designs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Property Development or its equivalent
- 2-3 years experience m shopping malls or commercial buildings
- Those without qualification but with more than 5 years experience in fit-out works are also encouraged to apply
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD design software
- Good technical knowledge of requirements for interior designs and fit-outs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently

CAR PARK EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day car park operators
- dandle and resolve customer complaints and any ad hoc operational matters arising from the landlord and public users
- Monitor and ensure the car park, operating methods adhere to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures & Policies
- Supervise the car park, operation staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline with 2-3 years experience in a retail mall
- Good understanding of business process implementation and control, human resource management and customer service management
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Service oriented, team player and able to work under pressure

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage anti execute daily operations of the customer service counter at Straits quay
- Handle complaints, enquiries as well as feedback from customers professionally and tactfully
- Carry out public paging and announcements and answer phone calls
- Assist in promotional events e.g. grits redemptions, lucky draws, contest forms, etc.
- Provide assistance to tenants and highlight related issues to relevant departments
- Handle lost and found items

REQUIREMENTS:
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese or other Chinese dialects would be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

ASSISTANT MANAGER – SECURITY & SAFETY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to the Group Security Manager and oversee the overall security and safety of the premises
- Lead and supervise a team of security staff
- Develop and maintain security safety strategies as well as policies & procedures to protect the company’s properties, residents, tenants and customers
- Conduct investigations and lose with relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to security and safety
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in any discipline
- 5-10 years experience in the related field
- Experience in the safety and security of a retail mall or property building will be an advantage
- Well-versed m security, safety and fire-fighting systems and procedures in commercial buildings
- Good interpersonal and communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

ASSISTANT MANAGER – MARKETING & SALES
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate short and long-term strategic marketing plans

- Degree/Diploma in Estate Management/Marketing its equivalent

ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure the timely reporting of monthly management reports and financial results
- Manage and plan corporate tax effectively
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and Performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, taxation, internal control and any other corporate governance
- Develop and supervise a team of staff in handling day-to-day accounting functions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional qualification in Accountancy i.e. ACCA or its equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience, of which 2 years in a managerial position. Prior experience in a public-listed company with knowledge of the property development and/or hospitality industry would be an advantage
- Familiar with Malaysian Accounting Standards and taxation regulations
- Hands-on exposure in IFCA property development software would he an added advantage
- Self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and committed to meet deadlines

EXECUTIVE – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle till set of accounts and ensure the timely closure of monthly accounts
- Ensure the timely reporting of financial reports in compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of tax estimates and annual tax filings
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional qualification in Accountancy i.e. ACCA or its equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience. Prior experience in a public-listed company or in the property development industry would be an advantage
- Hands-on exposure in IFCA property development software world bean added advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and committed to meet deadlines
- Experience in handling accounts payable is essential for the position in Penang
