CLINIC ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operation and administration of the clinic.
- To manage the daily patient flow of the clinic.
- To manage & monitor the daily appointments for the clinic.
- Required to interview, select, orientate and train high performing staff.

Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration and/or healthcare related discipline.
- At least 5 years of related healthcare experience, preferably leading a team.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good customer service orientation and able to work in a busy clinical environment.
- Able to engage in strategy formulation and operational minded.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Mature, committed, results oriented and able to work independently.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative and secretarial duties.
- To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation and organizing internal & external events.
- Record meeting minutes.

Requirements:
- Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English & preferably Mandarin.
- Good communication skills, mature with pleasant personality, self-motivated, multi-tasking and the ability to work independently with all levels of management and staff

CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM ADMIN ASST
(Ampang, Cheras, Mont Kiara Centre)

Responsibilities:
- To serve walk-in patients, process customer service transactions such as appointments, cancellations and rescheduling.
- Play an active role in renewals and retaining patients by providing professionally & efficiently after sales services.
- Responsible for day-to-day operation and administration of the centre.

Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM or above qualification in any field.
- Proficient English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Proficiency in Chinese dialects would be an added advantage.
- Pleasant looking with good interpersonal skills and personality.
- Computer literate.
- Salary will commensurate with experience.

HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly payroll and related payroll reports and responsible for timely and accurate submission of payroll record.
- Assist in administering the daily operations of HR Department.
- Assess the needs and develop effective HR policies & procedures in line with Company’s expansion.

Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Able to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and organizational skill.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
