1. EDUCATION COUNSELLORS (PROMOTER/COUNSELLOR ROLE)
(Campus: Subang, Nilai, Penang Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
Promoter Role:
- To service assigned secondary schools to generate leads via events.
- To cultivate a good working relationship with the school representatives. Responsible for developing positive relationship with Secondary Schools Principals and Cancellers.
- Identify marketing opportunities at these schools to acquire quality leads.
- Identity and execute events with Secondary Schools.
- Ensure high leads-to-walk-ins percentage through follow ups.
- To key-in and update the system.
- To be responsible for collecting and managing prospects with the organizations’ CRM system.
- To provide education pathway counselling to prospective students.
- Willing to travel.
- Public speaking skills will be advantageous.
Counsellor Role:
- To provide programme and career counselling to prospective students from various sources.
- To provide accurate and sufficient information pertaining to your campus features, academic programmes and other relevant information.
- Ensure high walk-ins-to-enrolment percentage through consistent counselling and follow ups.
- To key-in and update the system, and assist in organising events.
- Willing to travel.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
- Required languages. Bahasa Malaysia, English, preferably able to speak Mandarin.
- Al least 2 yearly) of working experience in sales related held, and willing to travel.

- Required Competencies:
- Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Customer orientated, self driven with a strong sales mind.

2. HEAD OF SALES (Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of sales staff with the Assistant Head (applicable to larger campuses)
- To liaise with HR and facilitate recruitment process to maintain suitable headcount in the team
- To determine appointment of roles to team members (Promoter or Counsellor) as well as to new recruits.
- To plan sales strategies and forecast sales budget to support the strategies (campus level), where he strategies must be in line with the group direction as a whole.
- To support and execute sales and marketing activities directed from Corporate Office.
- To communicate and monitor execution of plans with Assistant Head(s) according to set objectives.
- Ensure sales targets are met and monitor sales expenditure is in line with budget.
- To consider expansion of market share and maintenance of the territories.
- To minimize loss of territories.
- Ensure and monitor proper servicing of the school amounts via Assistant Heads
- To ensure that CRM is well being taken care of in tens of the information accuracy and kept up-to-date
- To observe the entire sales processes and provide feedback to the superior on improvements.
- To frequently conduct trainings with We staff to make sure that they are capable of delivering the results in terms of knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Al least a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8 years relevant working experience.
- Sales oriented with strength in calculations and budgeting.
- Customer oriented, experienced and believe in sales specialization.
- Highly analytical with the ability to deliver positive performance consistently.
- Good at collating reports and presenting them.
- Able to perform under pressure and identify great work etiquettes for positive culture setting within your department.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with great people skills.
- Able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Adaptable to change and added responsibilities.

3. ASSISTANT HEAD OF SALES
(Selangor, Penang, Nilai)
Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of Promoters or Counsellors (depending on your assigned specialization).
- To orientate all new recruits Into your team.
- To work through the Orientation Checklist as well as On-the-Job Coaching with your new recruit (also known as Newbie’)
- To ensure high success rate of job confirmation for your Newbie.
- To communicate and execute plans with your team.
- Monitor sales performance to ensure targets are met.

For Asst Head of Promoters only
- To plan and execute leads acquisition.
- Ensure quantity and quality leads are obtained per event/territory
- Ensure leads-to-walk-ins percentage being achieved.
- To help Team Counsellors during peak seasons to achieve campus target.

For Asst Head of Counsellors only
- To ensure quality counselling is given to prospects.
- Monitor effective counselling processes from walk-ins to enrolment.
- To identify improvement areas within your team that affects daily operation.
- To train, guide and monitor the staff.
- To help Team Promoters during peak seasons to achieve campus target
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
- Customer oriented, self driven with a strong sales mind and good at collating reports.
- Good people management and leadership skills, with a mentoring nature.
- Ability to identify great work etiquettes for positive culture setting within your team.
- Believes in positive reinforcement and practice it
- Adaptable to change and added responsibilities.

4. FINANCIAL ANALYST
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Develop Integrated revenue/ expense analysis, projections, reports, and presentations.
- Create and analyze monthly, quarter, annual repots and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
- Identity trends and development in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
- Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of any differences that may arise.
- Build financial models.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or equivalents is required.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates without experience will also be considered.
- Proficient in Excel and Experience with an ERP system will be an advantage.
- Solid communication skills are required.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Full-Time positions available.

5. INTERNATIONAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Manage, International Office (Admissions) for all duties assigned to you.
- To support the Sales staff including preparing procurement documentation, coordinate sales & marketing needs and request between campuses and corporate office, compiling reports, data entry, desktop research and compiling competitive intelligence from various sources.
- To coordinate printing order with campuses, retrieve pricing quotation with various supplier and ensuring delivery of the products by Suppliers.
- Proper documentation (filing) for reference and wait purposes.
- Prepares monthly departmental expenses report.
- To compile all competitive intelligence information from various sources from time to time.
- To support he Manager in compiling sales reports and support the Manager and the team in data entry.
- To act upon receipt of new students documents or payments relating to their placement.
- To update and follow up with the counsellors and agents for the pending documents tor the students vice applications.
- To provide operations support to the department.
- To monitor students’ database from the IO records system and to generate reports for internal and marketing purposes.
- To liaise with Corporate Marketing for promotional and marketing materials
- To administer for postage and dispatch of marketing collaterals and keep periodical stock checks.
- To process and facilitate payment to all agents (China and non-China agents) in regards to commission, exhibitions, school fairs and other promotional/ recruitment expenses agreed by INTI.
- To keep records of all invoices and facilitate for timely payment by the Corporate Finance Office.
- To perform all other duties relating to the above may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Education or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Preferable Chinese Speaking, Full-Time positions available.

6. ASSISTANT MANAGER – SYSTEM & PROCESSES (Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Drive and facilitate all process improvement projects, provide necessary training and guidance to the work group and identify “best practice” for existing
- Collaborate with the internal customers to plan, develop, re-engineer workflows, policies, practices & forms for the purpose Of achieving improved efficiency & effectiveness.
- Responsible for rolling out and conducting post implementation review of new processes to support boldness requirements.
- Responsible for effective project management to ensure the successful completion of all initiatives.
- Responsible tor preparing (upon consultation with the relevant stakeholders) and updating academic related documents such as forms, policies and procedures, management of documents and control of all documents related to academic processes, including functions like process change control, process documentation & control, process design & improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Duality Management or Internal Audit or Business Administration or any other related field with at least 3 years relevant experience.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in We related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives/ Assistant Manager specializing in Duality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Possess excellent written and oral communicational skills, to communicate complex issues in a written form (process flows, diagrams) and assist internal customers to understand the need for change and the manner in which the change is to be implemented.
- Sufficient experience in process mapping and process design.
- Possess working knowledge of systems and processes, meticulous and possess good analytical skills.
- Competent in the use of technology to improve productivity, and possess good Project Management Skills.
- Ability to continually acquire new knowledge and skills in own specialty areas.
- Knowledge of VISIO or related software will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact positively and collegially with all other cross functional staff.
- Possess good leadership skills and team work, and ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as required by the job.

7. SALES PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER (Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity.
- Analyzing sales related business questions using quantifiable data.
- Assist in developing and reviewing the sales budget monitoring and executing the sales plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in any Business discipline with 5 years of relevant experience in sales environment.
- 3 years in the similar capacity (Planning & Development)
- Strong analytical mind and ability to work with numbers, proficient in using Microsoft Excel. (above average)

8. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE ASSISTANT
(Selangor, Nilai)
Responsibilities.
- Responsible for performing the job task of cashiering duties (billing, student’s fee collection and refund) and provide general administrative support to The collection team such as handling students’ enquiries, checking and recording information. He/She is also required td provide excellent customer service, including prompt and accurate information to students, parents and staff members.
Requirements..
- Minimum qualifications SPM/STPM with LCCI Book-keeping or Accounting certificate.
- Al least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Meticulous and of high integrity, with good verbal and communication skills.
- Independent, analytical, self-motivated and with good interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel).

9. TELE-MARKETERS (Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Invitation and verification outbound calls, counsel enquiries over the phone and via emails.
- Handling online and inbound enquires, follow up call with the customers.
- Maintain and update contact information into CRM system.
- Feedback/escalate urgent/problems to management on a timely basis.
- To assume any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
- Preparing ad hoc/daily/weekly/monthly repots as required by the management.

Requirements:
- Candidates with education industry knowledge and 1-2 years working experience in customer service environment would have an added advantage.
- Possess Internet knowledge and able navigate in the Internet.
- Able to multitask, and ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
- Good listening skills and able to display patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Fluent in spoken English & Malay and able to speak multilingual language.
