Software Engineer (Kuala Lumpur Vacancy 2012)
The Job
- Perform complex analysis, design, programming and modifications of computer programs for software products and/ or customer applications.
- Write code and completes programming, testing and debugging of applications.
- Determine procedures and other documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application programs.
- Work with customers to odd new or custom features to software products.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key person on the client & NBSP.
The Person
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required skill(s): Visual Basic, Java, C Language. MS SQL Server, ASP Net.

Field Service Technician/ Customer Engineer
(Kuala Lumpur/ Bukit Mertajam/ Penang/ Kota Bahru)
The Job
- Repair machines modules returned from field and branches.
- Ensure repair job is performed in a proper and timely manner.
- Maintain tools and test equipment in working condition.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair machine at field if required.
- Provide phone technical support to held, branches or customers if required.
The Person
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or with some relevant working experience.
- Express mechanical / electronic troubleshooting skills.

Customer Service Officer (Kuala Lumpur)
The Job
- Provide support to customers and field staff and to ensure smooth running of Company operations.
- Be the first line contact for customers by handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries. Respond via telephone and in writing to customers’ requests for information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information or reports by retrieving information from Heat system, hard files, manual and directories.
The Person
- SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- Familiar with Call Centre System/Helpdesk is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate and proficient in Ms Office applications.
- Able to work on shifts:
Working Hours:
Morning Shift 8:00am – 5:00pm
Afternoon Shift 1:00pm – 8:00pm
Working days:
Monday – Sunday (Rotation for Saturday & Sunday)

Accounts Assistant (Kuala Lumpur)
The Job
- Perform accounts receivables functions.
- Prepare AR reports.
- Monitoring over due and delinquent accounts and follow up closely with clients on collection.
- Update collection status on debtors aging on a daily basis.
- Create debtors master data in the SAP system.
- Monitoring customers online billing system status.
The Person
- SPM/STPM or equivalent.
- Preferably with LCCI and basic accounting knowledge.
- Fresh graduates ore encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate and proficient in Ms Office applications.

Store Executive/Store Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur)
The Job
- Ensure inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock-takes and audit of same to verify results.
- Control stock storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading & transferring. document recording and data entry into system.
- Coordinate and execute warehouse operations.
- Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) to ensure the effectiveness of warehouse/ logistics process.
The Person
- SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage.
