SIDREC Manager and Secretary Vacancy in Menara UOA Bangsar, KL


SIDREC is an independent dispute resolution body established, under the Capital Markets and Services (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 2010, to resolve monetary disputes or daims between individual investors and capital market intermediaries.
We are currently looking for experienced and dynamic candidates for the following positions:

MANAGER / EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities
- Maintain SIDREC’s accounts and prepare the Center’s budget
- Handle human resources and administrative functions
- Assist a publicity and awareness campaigns for SIDREC
- Assist in formulating plans for effective relationship with stakeholders
You should have :
- A Bachelor’s Degree, Post-graduate Diploma of Professional Qualification in Accounting / Finance
- The ability to prepare a full set of accounts and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- At least 5 years (for Manager) / 2 years (for Executive) of post-qualification working experience in the related field is required

COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
(1 year contractual position, renewable)
Responsibilities
- Strategise and develop SIDREC’s communications objectives at various levels
- Initiate, plan and execute overall promotional activities including but not limited to public relations campaigns and road shows
- Plan and organise events to support public relations activities
You should have :
- A Degree in PR Communications / Marketing / Business or related discipline
- At least 5 years of work experience in brand management, communications, promotion
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel for SIDREC’s road shows and events

SECRETARY
Responsibilities :
- Provide secretarial support to the CEO, mediators and team members
- Provide administrative support to the operational functions of SIDREC
- Assist a SIDREC’s promotional activities
You should have :
- A Diploma in secretarial science, office administration or other related field
- At least 1 year working experience as a secretary or office administrator
- Good oral and written communication skills
