CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER
- Location – Jalan Pahang
- Min 5 years experience in related field
- Familiar with security matters & preparation of SOPS (Site Operating Procedures)
- Able handle Immigration & with permit matter of a few foreign workers from time to time
- Familiar with Fire Alarm System & safety procedures
- Responsible, independent and good in leading and managing staff/ sites.
LEGAL ADVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all legal matters including conveyance, corporate, advisory, litigation and tribunal/dispute resolution for the group
- Review,vet and draft all agreements/contracts and other legal documents pertaining to Joint Venture,acquisitions,tenancies, sales and purchase of land/Properties
- Manage and coordinate with external solicitors and other third party advisors on companys legal/litigation matters
- Generate regular status and update of all litigation cases and matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Law with min 5 years of relevant experience in property development with exposure both in litigation and corporate legal works
- Possess good drafting skills (agreements,letters,contact and etc.)
- Strong communication and analytical skills with good command of written and spoken English
- Proactive,resourceful in problem solving,innovative and always strive for continuous improvement.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
- Min SPM with 2-3 yrs experience in related field
- Computer literate
- Proficient in written and spoken English/Malay
- Good interpersonal skills.
ELECTRICIAN
- Possess a Chargeman Certificate or basic electrical knowledge
- Able to assist on technician and maintenance works
- Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems on site/ building.
