APPRENTICESHIP TRAINEE
Heidelberg Remarketed Equipment Center Asia Padfic is one of the three main Heidelberg Used Equipment Refurbishment Centers Worldwide. In our ongoing effort to groom new talents in this field, we have established a six (6) months Apprenticeship Program and would like to invite candidates who will be completing or currently holding a Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or Printing Technology to join our Apprentice Program.
The Apprentice Program is expected to commence in October 2011. Trainees will undergo both practical and theoretical training in our state-of-the-art facility and workshop. Upon the completion of the program, trainees will be awarded graduation certificate and successful candidate will be offered full employment with attractive salary and benefits with the company.

Requirements:
- Student completing or currently holding a Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or Printing Technology or its equivalent
- Junior printing operators/maintenance personnel in the printing industry are also encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
BENEFITS:
- Trainees will be paid a monthly allowance of RM1,500.00
- 5 days work week

APPLICATION SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- This is a field service job where the engineers are on call to provide immediate service to ensure software and machines are running in tip top condition
- The Field Engineer provides on-site corrective maintenance service during installation, integration, training and maintenance of CTP, Digital Front-end, Offset Printing and digital printing machines
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Engineering or Graphic Design
- 1-2 years experience in technical support, preferably in the digital printing or pre press industry
- Basic knowledge of IT networking technologies and various operating system setup & configurations
- Enthusiastic and communicative, pro-active and takes pride in providing beyond expected quality service to customers
- Excellent problem diagnosis and debugging skills
- Must possess own transport and able to travel with short notice
- Willing to work long hours
