We specialise in the area of Critical Care, Surgical, Infection Control, Hospital Clinic Furniture set up, Imaging, O&G and Dental, supported by an after sales team of bio-medical engineers and clinical application specialists.
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as:
CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST (Job Based in Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support services to idsMED Singapore’s sales team for ultrasound scanners and responsible for the Singapore market only
- Conduct pre-sales demonstration
- Handle post-sales installation and conduct necessary quality assurance tests before equipment is used on patients
- Provide training to customers for the use of the related ultrasound scanners
- Provide good customer service.
Requirements :
- Degree in Radiography and/or relevant qualification in Diagnostic Radiography
- Min 2 – 3 years working experience in a clinical/hospital setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
