ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports.
- Responsible for monthly closing of accounts and compliance framework.
- To assist in tax planning and compilation of tax schedules for the company.
- Responsible for bank reconciliation.
- Able to generate charts using Microsoft office power point.
- Cash Flow preparation and analysis.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes.

Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree m Accounting.
- At least 1 – 2 years working experience in handling sets of accounts.
- Possess a high level of integrity, initiative, commitment, sense of urgency, leadership qualities, analytical versatile in performing multi tasks and problem solving skills.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Accounting-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and computer literate is pre-requisite.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

FORWARDING EXECUTIVE
(Johor Bahru Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
- Handle all Custom application and/or declaration of Import / Export items.
- Advising consignee and consignor on correct freight forwarding procedure.
- Liaise with customer to ensure prompt delivery.
- Ensure correct 8 proper packing and handling method of all shipment items.
- Monitor daily delivery activities to ensure on time delivery to customer.
- Maintain paper filing of documentation
- Any other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this Position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
- Skilled In e-declaration, custom clearances software and procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
