Jawatan Kosong Senior Plant Manager and Management Trainees di Klang

SENIOR PLANT MANAGER
(Based in Meru – Klang Vacancy)
Responsibilities:-
- To manage the entire day to day production operation of the plant from production process, quality standards. maintenance of plant equipments and machineries, OSH and labour management.
- Ensure all established quality and regulatory standards are met.
Requirements:-
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing production operations preferably in a food processing environment
- Able to handle pasteurization tools and equipments.
- Exposed to ISO and HACCP quality standards.
- Proactive, hard working, discipline working attitude and able to plan for start-up operation.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills, able to interact with people at all levels.
- Strong oral and written communication skills especially in report writing and presentation.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
(Based in Meru – Klang)
Responsibilities:-
The Management Trainee will undergo hands-on training in one of our manufacturing plant on the entire production process. HACCP and ISO compliance and other related food safety standards and requirements.
Depending on the learning progress, the trainee will be posted to a permanent position on the completion of the training programme.
Requirements:-
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science or related disciplines.
- Candidates with less than one year of working experience in a food related manufacturing environment are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- High level of initiative, dedication and commitment
- Must be able to work long hours. under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal. communication, presentation, report writing and analytical skills.
- Fast learner.
- Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
