We are a worldwide movement of national organizations working with and for communities and individuals. IPPF aims to improve the quality of life of individuals by campaigning for sexual and reproductive health and rights through the provision of services and through advocacy, especially for poor and vulnerable people across the globe.

The East & South East Asia and Oceania Region (ESEAOR), one of the 6 regions of IPPF, plays a key role promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights, including family planning, through its network of member associations in 23 countries and their associated local volunteers, who are the backbone of service implementation.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR – East & South East Asia and Oceania Region (ESEAOR)

IPPF seeks an inspirational, confident and strategic individual deeply committed to its mission who will lead the region to complete the implementation of its Strategic Framework. Able to demonstrate experience working at senior level in complex organizations, you will engage volunteers and staff to unite around a clearly prioritized delivery plan, mobilizing resources effectively through the region. You will contribute, as part of the Director-General’s Senior Team, to the international management and leadership of the organization.
