IT Capital Resources is a leading IT Company in Malaysia providing services in the Malaysian market. We invite suitable qualified candidates to join our team as:

ACCOUNTANT
- Possess at least Degree in Accountancy/Finance & 5 years experiences
- Competent in management & financial accounting, tax planning, treasury, credit management, corporate governance, accounting system and internal control. Posses’ high level of analytical ability & problem solving skills, ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues.

CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Develop, lead and implement account management plans for assigned channel partners/ customers in target markets to achieve business goals. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, prioritize and schedule own activities to make sure these targets are met.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline or any other professional qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
- Provide exceptional customer service & collect required information from the customer on every call per established criteria
- Educate the customer about the organization’s products & service & direct them toward available resources for self help
- To develop the customer service standards, policies and procedures for the department.
- At least2 years experience in customer business line & must able to work a flexible schedule.

PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
- Implement procurement strategy and policies
- Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.
- At least 3-5 years experience in purchasing/ procurement line.
