Janssen Division

Medical Affairs Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific and medical input into therapeutic area strategies and related products
- Lead the development and implementation of various Medical Affairs initiatives including clinical research, medical education, clinical communications, scientific meetings and publications within project timelines and resources
- Provide and discuss scientific data and timely respond to medical
inquiries to ensure quality and accuracy of medical information
- Develop and conduct therapeutic areas and product trainings to field force
- Support the development, review and approve of education and promotional materials
- Foster strong collaboration and long-term partnership with healthcare professionals
- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance in all aspects of medical affairs operations
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences with a minimum 2 years of medical /clinical research / regulatory and preferably marketing experiences in pharmaceutical industry
- Medical degree with passion in immunology a highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sound business acumen and ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and attentive to details

Consumer Division

Laboratory Manager (Microbiology)
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the organization’s Microbiology strategies, goals and objectives in accordance with company’s standards to assure that all products produced meet company and regulatory microbiological standards
- Lead resource planning for execution of microbiology tests, technical troubleshooting, control of stability testing programs including Antimicrobial Efficacy Testing, Test Method Suitability and conduct of raw material and formula risk assessments
- Support Quality Assurance, Engineering and Production related to Microbiology and Plant Hygienic activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Microbiology or equivalent discipline
- Min 8 years experience in microbiology including laboratory management
- Sound conceptual and practical knowledge of laboratory
operations and overview of manufacturing process and quality
- Sound technical knowledge on Microbiological practices
- Good knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices
- Knowledge in HACCP and Plant Hygienic systems is an added advantage
- Good analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Quality & Compliance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to Quality and Compliance activities related to Sales and Marketing Quality System and Plant Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Lead resource planning and execution of Plant QA/QC activities including Quality System Compliance, Documentation and Change Control, Non Conformance and Corrective And Preventive Action
- Participate in the development of the Quality and Compliance implementation strategies, goals and objectives in accordance with company’s standards to assure that all products produced meet company and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Min 5 years experience with strong technical knowledge in QA/QC management
- Sound conceptual and practical knowledge of Manufacturing operations and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Knowledge in HACCP and Plant Hygienic systems is an added advantage
- Good analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
