Property Management Manager, Accounts Executive, Sales, Quantity Executive

We are a well established public listed company with landmark development, strategically situated in the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Kuala Lumpur.
In line with our expansion plan and to support future growth, we invite dynamic, resourceful, capable and suitable qualified applicants for the following positions:

MANAGER, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To supervise and monitor the team to provide good customer service to meet customer’s expectations
- To ensure that the physical built environment is in good state of repairs
- To ensure all standards established are adhered to
- To ensure that the common fund in well-managed
- To prepare budget for short and long term property maintenance
- To liaise with service contractors on appointment and renewal of service contract
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess degree in related field
- At least 8 years working experience in the related field
- Familiar with Building & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act 2007 and Strata Title Act 1985
- Good customer management skill, capable of dealing with contractors, local authorities and purchasers
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive goals, strategies and action plan
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Computer literate preferably with experience in Wiz PMS and Property Management / Administration
- Conversant in English and local dialects
- Highly independent person with sense of responsibility
- Good written and communication skills

SALES & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (based in KL)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sales admin documentations, SPA, loan documentation, subsale matters, refinancing, utilities, tenancy agreement
- Prepare progressive billings, reminders a. termination in accordance with terms and conditions of the SPA
- To liaise with solicitors, bankers & purchasers pertaining to sales admin and credit control matters
- Enter and update data into the Property Sales System
- Maintain appropriate filing system of purchasers’ records and documentations
- Perform sales function
REQUIREMENTS:
- SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in related discipline
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years’ working experience with property developers
- Knowledge of Wiz property sales system and credit administratioon would be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate
- Is able to work on weekend & public holidays (if required)

QUANTITY EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare Taking-Off Quantity from Construction Drawings
- To monitor sub-contractors’ compliance with specification required
- To verify sub-contractors claims and prepare Payment Certificates
- To monitor budget periodically
- To carry out periodical check of materials delivered against wastages
- Prepare final accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management
- Preferably with 3 years experience with building construction
- Exposure in Post-Contract Administration

DESPATCH BOY
REQUIREMENTS:
- Below 40 years old
- Familiar with Klang Valley routes
- Possess own transport
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English or any Chinese dialect
