We are a medium sized Property Development Company based in Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. In line with our rapid expansion and new launching at three identified sites, we are seeking dynamic and motivated people for the following position:

SALES MANAGER Job in Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identify prospects, market opportunities, generate leads and promote company products
- Required to achieve the sales target set by the company
- Require to build and maintain highly professional relationships with customers through ongoing after sales communications
- Responsible for monthly sales performance report to management
- Provide feedback and collect field intelligence that could lead to a competitive advantage
- To conduct marketing activities such as trade show and event launching
- To provide sales plan and strategies

Requirements:
- At least a Diploma Holder with a minimum of 5 years property related experience
- Good network and market knowledge is a must
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be effectively bilingual (English and Bahasa Malaysia). Knowledge of a Chinese dialect is an added advantage
- Strong passion for sales, demonstrating strong ability to manage relationships with customers and willing to work beyond the call of duty
- Basic salary from RM72,000 per annum plus sales incentive.
