SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
THE PERSON:
- Age between 33 and 45 years
- Possess a Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent
- Preferably with 5 years working experience in retail sales/ spare parts/ product development/ channel development/technical support/customer service/dealer support or related fields
THE JOB:
- Conduct and coordinate with dealers and distributors in maintaining sales targets and goals
- Tracking the growth and follow up progress of the leads who are assigned sales targets
- Assist in identifying and establishing areas of sales opportunities in the market
- Maintain and update various information on products and customers feedback to distributors
- Building contacts with distributors and dealers
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Managing sales force and the distribution change
- Prepare sales forecast and budgets

AREA SALES MANAGER
THE PERSON:
- Age between 30 and 45 years
- Possess a minimum Degree in Marketing/Engineering/ Chemical/ Science or equivalent
- Preferably with 5 to 10 years working experience in automotive spare parts/chemical (lube sales)/product development/channel development/technical support/customer service/dealer support or related fields
THE JOB:
- Managing assigned sales region and target
- Responsible for regional sales operations and activities
- Implementation of strategies, plans and objectives in line with business plan
- Identify sales opportunities and be involved in other functions
- Market research and competitors studies to provide market intelligence for management decision making

PRODUCT MARKETING EXECUTIVE
THE PERSON:
- Age between 30 and 40 years
- Possess a Diploma in any field
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience in sales or marketing of automotive/spare parts/engineering
- Good communication skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
THE JOB:
- Committed to sales, profit and market share budget
- Liaise with suppliers and customers for product strategy
- Support Sales Representatives to achieve their sales budget
- Prepare/present report (weekly/monthly) for management review

WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE
THE PERSON:
- Age between 25 and 30 years
- Possess a minimum STPM/Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience in a supervisory/executive capacity in warehousing/logistic, especially handling Original Equipment/Replacement Parts and related goods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
THE JOB:
- Attain optimum stock control of replacement and High Street goods
- Ensure stock accuracy of replacement goods at appointed Third Party Logistics stockpoint/s
- Plan and prepare goods for delivery based on outbound instructions from the marketing department
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations by consistently practicing 5S system
- Ensure accurate and timely goods collection from production area

LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR
THE PERSON:
- Age between 25 and 30 years
- Possess a Diploma in Warehouse/Logistic or equivalent
- Minimum with 3 years working experience in warehouse/logistic, preferably in the automotive industry
- Good communication skills and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written
THE JOB:
- Overall management of logistic activities, consolidate and manage transporters and other logistic functions
- Implement systematic operation to meet customers demand via First In, First Out (FIFO) control, on-time demand fulfillment and zero customer line down
- Effective operation and cost (reduce inventory shrinkage and zero stock damage or loss)
- Cost savings activities e.g. consolidation of transporters and haulage fee, etc

CLERK
THE PERSON:
- Age between 20 and 25 years
- Possess a SPM/STPM or equivalent
- At least with 1 to 2 years working experience in warehouse/ logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written
THE JOB:
- Consolidation of transporter invoices and delivery order (D/O) to match as per the agreed rate and prepare summary report
- Assist to maintain the inbound and outbound process
- Prepare logistic/warehouse reports
- Proper filing of delivery orders, invoices and other related documents

OEM PLANNER
THE PERSON:
- Age between 28 and 33 years
- Possess a STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least with 4 to 5 years working experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry
- Well verse in MPS (Master Production Schedule). MRP (Material Requirement Planning), Kanban concepts, etc
THE JOB:
- Plan MPS as per customers demand (weekly/monthly)
- Coordinate with Material Planners and ensure all required material is available for a smooth operation
- Ensure all orders/requirements by customers are fulfilled as
- Monitor stock holdings/stock turns and coordinate with inventory committee

MATERIAL CONTROL OFFICER
THE PERSON:
- Age between 25 and 30 years
- Possess a STPM or equivalent
- At least with 3 years working experience in manufacturing,
- Knowledge n preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system would be an advantage
THE JOB:
- Plan raw material requirements as per demand or production plan
- Ensure sufficient raw material stocks are available, especially for imported items
- Monitor the stock movement of all raw materials

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
THE PERSON:
- Age between 24 and 38 years
- Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 to 3 years working experience in related field
- Familiar with CAD/CAE applications e.g. CATIA V5 and Solidworks
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
THE JOB:
- Coordinate new product development activities In accordance with Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) procedures
- Ensure new product development process as per Company’s goals, gross profit margin, quality and schedule
- Ensure design standards and specifications towards achieving customers’ satisfaction
- Trouble-shoot any issues related to product design failure
- Provide guidance and coaching to Assistant Product Engineer and Technical Assistant

QC SUPERVISOR
THE PERSON:
- Age between 25 and 35 years
- Possess a minimum SPM or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Quality Control (QC) system would be an advantage
THE JOB:
- Monitor incoming QC and supervise QC Inspectors in carrying out incoming inspection
- Monitor and interface with suppliers to improve the quality of components and materials
- Assist in trouble-shooting and technical support to production on component quality problems solving
- Perform audits with suppliers

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
THE PERSON:
- Age between 25 and 30 years
- Possess a minimum Certificate in any engineering field or equivalent
- At least with 2 to 3 years working experience In engineering and manufacturing field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is essential
- Possess own transport and willing to work shifts
THE JOB:
- Maintain and control of mass production goods to be delivered to customers within the quality standards and meeting customers’ requirements
- Perform daily quality inspection and meet Quality Control’s KPI
- Conduct inspection for New Product Development
- Manage the Outgoing Quality Control’s Inspector task, performance, discipline and training
- Administer maintenance and calibration of Inspection Measuring & Test Equipment by ensuring all equipments and tools are maintained, stored and calibrated on time

QC INSPECTOR
THE PERSON:
- Age between 21 and 35 years
- Possess a Certificate in Quality Management or equivalent
- Knowledge in quality control system would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
THE JOB:
- Perform inspection job as per Control Plan
- Assist in carrying out inspection for new product development and periodical monthly data submission to customer
- Assist in carrying out inspection for customers complaints
investigation and testing sample preparation periodically

EHS EXECUTIVE
THE PERSON:
- Age between 25 and 34 years
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering /Safety & Health/ Environment or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management system (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)
- Certificate as a Safety & Health Officer is an advantage
THE JOB:
- Review, implement and enforce EHS rules, regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards
- Responsible to plan, coordinate and update records on EHS related programmes and activities
- Perform Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and determining Control (HIRADC) & Aspect/Impact assessment, periodic audit, accident/incident investigation and analyse EHS data
- Maintain and communicate risk control effectively throughout the company and relevant parties in promoting EHS awareness through training and campaign. etc

FACILITY SUPERVISOR
THE PERSON:
- Age between 25 and 34 years
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering/Facility Management or equivalent
- At least with 3 years related working experience
THE JOB:
- Plan, coordinate and update facility preventive maintenance schedule, attend to ad hot request, investigate and act/ coordinate jobs accordingly
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of technicians in maintaining plant facility fitting, fixture, machinery and
equipment in accordance to company’s rules and regulations: safety & health
- Coordinate facility inspection, site supervision and recommend improvements
- Prepare and update [ethnical specifications/technical drawings as required
- Update documentation related to facility and produce reports accordingly
