Accounting Technical Support Representative
(Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Kuchai Lama)
Basic salary up to RM2,700, Normal working hours, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- To handle inbound/outbound Technical Support inquiries via calls, emails and faxes from/to all customers with high level of professionalism, quality and efficiency.
- To provide on-stop solutions to all Business Support customers’ inquiries while upholding the internal contact center KPIs targets.
Key attributes required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Proficient in computer software/s and/or programming languages.
- Driven and able to perform under pressure
- Resourceful and highly independent
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive attitude
Qualification and Experience:
- A high school diploma or a University diploma / degree in the fields of Business, IT /networking or Finance/Accounting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
