Customer Service Representative Vacancy 2012
(Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur)
Salary up to RM2200, Normal working hours, Monday to Friday, Monthly incentives.

Responsibilities:
To handle inbound calls from all customers with high level quality and efficiency.

Key focus areas include working closely with internal teams in:
- Handle inbound calls while providing accurate and quality service in answering enquiries related to sales, registrations activations and others
- Accurately capture interactions, registrations and leads received in CRM,webmail & portal
- Upsell and cross sell MYOB products and services

Key attributes required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Proficient in computer software/s and/or programming languages.
- Driven and able to perform under pressure
- Resourceful and highly independent
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive attitude

Qualification and Experience:
- A high school diploma or a University diploma / degree in the fields of Business, IT /networking or Finance/Accounting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
