Assistant Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and execution of brand strategy, promotions, packaging, sales, trade promotion plans and control A&P budgets.
- Conduct business analysis and evaluation, participate in market research, media and advertisement planning and assist in identifying key consumer trends to support new and core business opportunities.
- Implement projects related to specific brands within an agreed time frame and financial criteria.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a related field, preferably the FMCC industry.

Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts for the Company on a timely basis.
- Collate and compile the annual budget for respective companies.
- Prepare financial accounts and financial data for banking institutions annual review.
- Prepare reports and schedule for annual audit and tax returns required by authorities.
- Responsible for Inventory and GL sub module data preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ working experience in a related field.

Supply Chain Executive
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all supply chain activities, follow up, handle customer inquiries and feedback.
- Submit daily feedback on activities to immediate supervisor.
- Compile data and assist in preparation of reports for meeting, monthly sales and operation review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ working experience in a related field, and preferably with knowledge of 3PL.

Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Manage the COD’s appointments, schedules and travel arrangements.
- Facilitate smooth communications between COO and the organization and all external stakeholders.
- Prepare documents and presentation materials, including screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls as well as arranging and attending meeting; taking and distributing minutes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Of equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ working experience in a related field.
