Walton Vacancies in KL as HR, Finance and Client Services Executive

As we continue to succeed, our team must grow and we are currently looking to fill the position of Human Resource & Administration Executive, Finance Executive and Client Services Executive .

HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform timely maintenance on HR-related records
- Prepare recruitment repo. and update recruitment database.
- To participate in company initiatives and activities
- To assist in general administrative matters.
- Take part in ad-hoc Management assignment/project.
- Self-starter and able to work independently under minimum supervision and possess a right sense of urgency.
- A team player and able to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of staff.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess A least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business. Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent discipline with a good sense of responsibility to maintain confidentiality of data/information.
- Meticulous with great attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Malaysian Citizen or PR only.
- Able to start immediately.

FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mortgage collection function.
- Update collection and issuance of receipt.
- Liaise or communicate with clients or Sales Department.
- Preparation of various reports and analysis.
- Other report as required on ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/ Accounts/ Business Admin or higher.
- Preferably with 3-4 years of working experience.
- Must be computer literate and skilful in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral).
- Malaysian citizen or PR only.
- Able to start immediately.

CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures client’s requests and enquiries are attended and responded in a timely and professional manner.
- Takes part in phone campaign to clients on regular and ad-hoc projects.
- Participates in Client Update/Client Appreciation events.
- Coordinate and generate any reporting requirements for internal and external use.
- Administer and support process and documentations duties to clients and internal staff.
Requirements:
- Candidate mist possess at least a Bachelor Degree.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in customer service field.
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skill.
- Meticulous with great attention to details.
- Possess good personality and pleasant disposition.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Malaysian Citizen or PR only.
- Able to start work immediately.
